The Hyacinth Network Inc. is a licensed nonprofit organization in the State of California, dedicated to empowering former foster young adults, ages 18 to 25, as they transition to independent adulthood. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, strengths-based programs that equip participants with the tools and skills necessary for long-term success.
Through our integrated support services, participants receive access to job training, educational advocacy, financial literacy workshops, and life skills development — all essential for achieving independence and self-sufficiency.
A critical component of our program is the provision of stable, supportive housing through partnerships with trusted community-based housing providers. These residential placements offer safe and structured environments where young adults can focus on personal growth, professional development, and the acquisition of independent living skills.
